So since our move in December I have been slowly, I mean slowly, setting up my creative space. It’s gorgeous, and the biggest space I’ve ever had, with lots of natural light from large sky lights. However most of what I’ve done so far is temporary, because we still need to do finishing work up here: painting ceilings, insulating walls and finishing the floors. But I am intent on making the space my own as much as I can for my creative sanity. Here’s a little peek of one of my favourite corners right now: my little art corner for doodling, lettering and watercolour.
In case you can’t tell I am currently obessed with watercolor. Along with using it for lettering for my 100 Day Project, I am taking the daily Watercolor Flower class at Creative Bug and loving it!
What’s happening in your studio lately?
My studio is a hot mess right now. I’m in the middle of getting things made to sell (hopefully) at the two holiday boutiques I have coming up. Not enough time to do all I want and there are Christmas embellishments and papers all over the place!
