Thursday To-Do | Yarn Wrapped Vases

Thursday To-Do | Yarn Wrapped Vases

It’s flower season! I love these yarn or string wrapped vases and jars over at Warm Hot Chocolate. I was also happy for such a creatively simple project right now as I am having a very month! This is such a sweet and simple way to add some pizazz to your decor. It is also a really quick project, less than 30 minutes for the three vases.

Here are my vases before. I used yarn and baker’s twine. I smeared on some glue on the starting point as shown.

The wrapping was pretty simple. Just remember to push the rows down so they are touching each other.

Above you can see how I switched colours. I dabbed on some more glue for the end of Colour 1 and the start of Colour 2.

Here’s one of my new vases in place!

Pretty sweet right?

Thank you Julee of Warm Hot Chocolate for the fabulous idea!
