How do you treat yourself? Are there things you do, big or small, that make you feel better? Maybe you do it because you need a pick-me-up. Maybe you do it as a way to reward yourself after accomplishing a task or milestone. Some of the ways I am good to myself include:
- really good dark chocolate
- that new book I’ve been dying to read
- a sweet smelling candle
- a new plant
- a cute coffee mug
- a piece of art
- a funky accessory
- a funny t-shirt
- a luscious new notebook
